Default Healbot Blues

Surprised no one has talked about this, after 250000 views for the comic I figured someone would have uttered a word. This web comic is about the daily trials that monks have to go through, as well as misc. other comics and mini-strips.

The comic has nothing to do with me, nor do I claim ownership of it, just showing off my favorite web comic.

Enjoy!

I'm confused, are comics supposed to be at the Lissa's fiction forum or at the Nolani Academy. Because I think they have a little of both.

First, without permission from the creator, you have no right to repost anything. Secondly, all webcomics go in the Nolani Academy section. Last, if anyone wanted to read it, they could find it themselves.

I'm sorry, I just wanted to spread knowledge of it since I enjoy it, I didn't know it was wrong to link to a web comic that I enjoy, Its not as If I came In here publicly stating I created It or anything.

I decided to post about it after a quick search of "healbot" turned up nothing. Since Nolani Academy only had fanart and commissions (from a first glance, anyway) and mikeejimbo decided to post his comic here, I figured it was the right place for it. I was fully aware of the guidelines and rules of roleplaying here, but after praise on the other web comic thread and no warnings of misplacement, this seemed like the obvious place for it.

Well, sorry for the mistakes .

I did not accuse you of claiming it as your own, you were simply wrong in reposting without obvious permssion from the original creator.

I do not know if you are aware of this, but the search here on GWG pretty much sucks. It has for quite some time.

Nolani is mainly fanart and comissions, yes, but threads do sometimes get buried if they are not kept up. Obviously, the thread that Healbot Blues was in has become lost under the new and more active threads.

mikeejimbo did post a comic, yes, but his consists of nothing more than screenshots and written dialouge. Healbot is hand-drawn and so has artistic value, hence its home in Nolani Academy. mikee was correct in posting his comic here.

Thanks for clarifying that, and sorry for choosing the wrong place for it. I can see how not having permission to post this can pose problems, but at the time I only thought of my appreciation for his work.

Oh and yes, I have noticed the horrid search system (after creating this thread I then did another quick "healbot" search, which had turned up no results haha).

But again, sorry for the mistake and I hope you can excuse it . Could we get an admin in here to move this to Nolani Academy maybe? Delete it if the old healbot thread still exists though. Also delete it if the permission part is really a serious issue, I won't be offended, may be a hard-headed person but I can own up to my own mistakes.

The ghost of Healbot returns! WoooOoOoo...hehe!

First, there were the pre-website posts I made in Nolani Academy ages ago. That went gonzo. So, I made a primitive web gallery and became an official fansite. I asked for the old thread to be dropped, and started posting update notices. More recently, I switched to blog announcing (RSS), which saves me time.

/returns to ethereal plane...

Back off a bit on that tact because you are wrong, or misinformed.

A link to a game related website (that doesn't violate the Forum guidelines) is not a violation, in any way, shape or form.

Also, if the site's web address is accessible for general browsing, access to it is certainly not a matter of "getting permission" of the content owner. The OP did nothing wrong.
